RF Transmitter Support for Voice Translation

I want to be able to use a single tablet or computer to receive voice translation and send that audio to an RF transmitter. This would allow congregants to use individual radio receivers instead of their own cellphones, which is important because some churches prohibit individual cellphone/tablet use to prevent service disruptions.
